How do I know an email is really from Pickovia?

We never ask for your password or a verification code by email, message or phone. If an email asks for either, it is not from us. When in doubt, ignore the link and sign in through the site directly.

I think someone else has accessed my account

Accepted Answer

Change your password immediately from Account → Settings — that signs out every other device — then check Account → Security for anything you do not recognise, and contact support.

Is two-factor authentication available?

Not in this build. It needs an SMS or authenticator provider configured first. Until then, a strong unique password and reviewing your signed-in devices are the best protections.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Open a support ticket in the Security category with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not access other people’s data while testing, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing publicly.
