How Pickovia handles copyright, trademark and design-right complaints.

Our position
Pickovia respects intellectual property rights and expects sellers to do the same. Listings that infringe copyright, trademarks or design rights are removed.
Reporting an infringement
Send reports through the Help Centre.
- Identify the right you own and the evidence you own it.
- Identify the specific listing or content, by URL.
- Explain why it infringes.
- Confirm the report is made in good faith and that the information is accurate.
- Provide contact details we can use to follow up.
Counter-notice
A seller whose listing is removed may submit a counter-notice explaining why the listing is lawful — for example an authorised reseller relationship, or a right that has been exhausted.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with repeated upheld complaints are closed.
