Fair dealing
- No fake reviews, incentivised reviews, or review exchanges.
- No manipulating search ranking through keyword stuffing or duplicate listings.
- No bait-and-switch: the item shipped must be the item listed.
- No off-platform solicitation to avoid fees or buyer protection.
Pricing integrity
- A struck-through “was” price must be a price the item was genuinely offered at recently.
- Discount percentages must be arithmetically correct.
- Shipping cost must not be used to disguise the true price.
Enforcement
Breaches lead to listing removal, reduced visibility, suspension, or account closure depending on severity and history. We tell you what rule was breached and how to appeal.
