Becoming a seller

  • Sellers are verified before they can list — business identity, contact details and, where relevant, registration numbers.
  • Your seller agreement is with PICKOVIA FZ-LLC, the licensed operator of Pickovia (see the Company Information page).
  • You must have the legal right to sell the products you list in the markets you ship to. Where a product or activity requires an approval from a UAE authority or from the authorities of a destination market, that approval is your responsibility before listing.

Listing standards

  • Listings must be accurate: real photographs or original artwork, honest specifications, and correct condition.
  • Do not use another party’s trademarks, images or copy without permission.
  • Price must include everything the buyer has to pay to Pickovia, other than shipping shown separately.
  • Keep stock levels current. Repeatedly cancelling for “out of stock” affects your account standing.

Fulfilment standards

  • Dispatch within the handling time stated on the listing, normally 1–3 working days.
  • Upload valid tracking for every shipment.
  • Package goods so they survive international transit.
  • Respond to buyer messages within one working day.

Fees and payouts

Commission rates, listing fees, payment-processing fees and the payout schedule are set out in the seller agreement before onboarding. No fee schedule is in force yet; any figures shown on the site before then are illustrative and do not constitute an offer.

Account standing

We track late dispatch, cancellation rate, defect rate and response time. Sustained poor performance leads to reduced visibility and, ultimately, removal from the marketplace.
