Where we ship

Pickovia currently ships to the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Singapore, India, Sri Lanka and Saudi Arabia.

Individual sellers may not ship to every destination. The product page shows the estimate for the destination you have selected.

Delivery times

Times run from dispatch, not from when the order is placed. Sellers usually dispatch within 1–3 working days.

Estimates exclude delays outside anyone’s control: customs inspections, weather, and public holidays in the origin or destination country.

• Standard — 6 to 12 working days, tracked.
• Express — 3 to 6 working days, priority handling.
• Economy — 10 to 20 working days, lowest cost.

Shipping cost

• Standard shipping is free on eligible orders of $35 or more. Your cart confirms eligibility before you pay; a small number of low-margin items are excluded, and the cart says so.
• Below that, shipping is charged once per seller, at the highest rate among the items from that seller.
• Express and economy adjust the total at checkout, before you pay.

Customs and duties

Prices shown at checkout do not include import duty, customs fees or import VAT for your destination.

Many low-value parcels clear customs without any charge. Where a charge is raised on arrival, it is payable by the recipient as the importer of record, and the carrier will contact you before delivery. Pickovia does not refund customs charges unless the item is returned under Buyer Protection.

If your parcel is late or missing

Track it first at /track-order. If tracking has not moved for five working days, open a support ticket from the order page. Buyer protection covers orders that never arrive.
