Seller Protection
How Pickovia protects sellers against unfair claims and fraud.
Last updated 4 September 2026
What is covered
- Claims that an item never arrived, where valid tracking shows delivery to the address on the order.
- Claims of damage where the item was packaged to the standard set out in the Seller Policy and the carrier accepted liability.
- Chargebacks arising from fraudulent card use, where the order followed Pickovia checkout and shipped to the verified address.
What is not covered
- Items that genuinely differ from the listing.
- Shipments sent without tracking, or to an address other than the one on the order.
- Orders arranged outside Pickovia checkout.
Disputes
Pickovia mediates. Both sides are asked for evidence, and the decision is communicated with a reason. Either side may ask for one review of a decision.
