Prohibited Products Policy

Never permitted

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives and their components.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and paraphernalia intended for their use.
• Counterfeit goods and unauthorised replicas.
• Stolen property.
• Human remains, body parts or bodily fluids.
• Endangered species, ivory, and products made from protected wildlife.
• Child sexual abuse material and any content sexualising minors.
• Items promoting hatred or violence against a protected group.
• Devices whose primary purpose is unauthorised access to accounts, networks or paid services.

Restricted — conditions apply

• Alcohol and tobacco — only where the seller holds the necessary licence and the destination permits import.
• Medicines and medical devices — only with valid regulatory approval for the destination.
• Food supplements — must meet destination labelling and ingredient rules.
• Batteries and items containing lithium cells — must meet carrier and IATA transport rules.
• Cosmetics — must comply with destination ingredient restrictions.
• Recalled products — may not be listed at all.

Reporting

If you see something that breaches this policy, report it through the Help Centre. Reports are reviewed and, where upheld, the listing is removed and the seller account reviewed.
