1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Pickovia is an online marketplace operated by PICKOVIA FZ-LLC ("Pickovia", "we", "us"). We provide the platform where independent sellers list products and buyers purchase them. These terms govern your use of the Pickovia website and any related services.

PICKOVIA FZ-LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC) licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, under E-Commerce Licence No. 45038582 (business activity: E-Commerce Through Websites). Registered address: VUNE2879, Compass Building - Al Hulaila, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using Pickovia, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. Pickovia is a marketplace, not the seller

Except where a listing explicitly states that Pickovia is the seller, the contract of sale for any product is between you and the seller who listed it. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, the condition of the goods, and fulfilment of the order.

Pickovia provides the platform, payment handling, buyer protection and dispute mediation. This does not make us a party to the sale contract.

3. Your account

• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to hold an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
• Give accurate registration details and keep them up to date — delivery failures caused by wrong details are not covered by buyer protection.
• One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
• Tell us promptly through the Help Centre if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when the seller accepts the order, which we confirm by email.

Prices are shown in the catalogue currency and converted for display into your chosen currency. Charges are taken in the catalogue currency; your bank may apply its own conversion and fees.

We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, the seller may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout unless you select cash on delivery, where payment is due to the courier on receipt.

We do not store full card numbers. Card details are handled by our payment provider.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, carrier delays and weather.

Your return and refund rights are set out in the Returns Policy and the Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Statutory rights that apply in your country are additional to those policies and are not affected by them.

7. Content you post

Reviews, questions, answers and other content you post must be your own, honest, and lawful. By posting, you grant Pickovia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content in connection with the service.

We may remove content that breaches the Community Guidelines or Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Do not use Pickovia for anything unlawful, or to sell anything listed in the Prohibited Products Policy.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the service, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, copy or resell listings, pricing or content at scale without written permission.
• Do not post fake reviews, or attempt to manipulate ratings or search ranking.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or where we are required to do so by law. Where practical we give notice and an opportunity to respond.

You may close your account at any time from Account → Delete account. Transaction records are retained where the law requires it.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, Pickovia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in advance by email or an on-site notice. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first through the Help Centre at /help/contact. Most issues are resolved without escalation.
