How long does a refund take?

We approve within 2 working days of the returned item arriving. The payment provider then takes 5 to 10 working days, and your bank may add a few more before it shows on your statement.

Where does my refund go?

Back to the payment method you used. For cash-on-delivery orders we arrange a bank transfer instead, and support will ask for the details securely.

Do I get the shipping cost back?

Accepted Answer

Yes if the item was faulty, damaged or not as described. For a change-of-mind return, outbound shipping is usually not refunded.

What happens to a coupon I used?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are of the amount you actually paid, so the coupon discount is not returned as cash. Single-use coupons are not automatically returned to your wallet.
