Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. We email a reset link that is valid for one hour. Setting a new password signs you out of every other device.

How do I change my email address?

Changing the email on an account needs support, so an order history cannot be moved to a new address without a check. Open a support ticket from the Account category.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Account → Delete account. Your profile, addresses, cart, wishlist and notifications are deleted immediately. Past orders are retained but detached from you, because transaction records must be kept.

Can I see where my account is signed in?

Yes — Account → Security lists every signed-in device with its last-seen time, and lets you sign out everything except the device you are using.
