How to delete your account

Sign in, open Account → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm with your password. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is removed

• Your profile, addresses, sessions and saved payment preferences.
• Your basket, wishlist, recently viewed items and search history.
• Your notifications, support tickets and reviews are detached from your identity.

What we keep, and why

Orders, invoices, payments and refunds are financial records. We keep them for the period the law requires, detached from your account so they can no longer identify you through the site, and delete them when that period ends.

Cannot sign in?

Use the Data Request page to ask for deletion by email. We will verify that you control the address on the account before acting.
